RIRA Advances Peace and Progress with Joint Monitoring in Fentale Woreda
On June 19 and 20, the Rift-valley Initiative for Rural Advancement (RIRA) collaborated with government partners for a follow-up and joint monitoring initiative in Fentale Woreda’s targeted Kebeles: Kobo, Gelcha, and Banti. The events welcomed representatives from Fentale Woreda’s district administration, Peace and Security Office, Women’s Affairs Office, Police Office, Community Peace Committee (CPC), RIRA’s admin project coordinator, and other RIRA staff.

Dairy goat beneficiaries from the three Kebeles were interviewed individually, and their productive goats were visited, showcasing the project’s success. Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for RIRA’s support, highlighting the positive impact on their livelihoods.
